Refund policy

All BETVA products are made to order by our production partners Teemill (apparel) and Gelato (art prints).

Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 14 days of delivery at betvaorganic@gmail.com with:
· Your order number
· A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund — you do not need to return the item.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with our production partner.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
